We provide tailored immigration services to suit the needs of our clients. Our fees are based on the approximate hours involved. In circumstances where you require a quote for immigration advice not mentioned in our list of fixed fees we will provide a quote calculated on an hourly basis of £250 plus VAT.

We provide a range of competitive fixed fees in the following areas:

• Application for leave to remain under family & private life £1500.00
• Naturalisation application £800.00
• EEA settlement scheme and pre-settlement £1000.00
• ECAA Application (Ankara Agreement) £1500.00
• ECAA Indefinite Application (Ankara Agreement) £2000.00
• Skilled worker Visa £2500.00
• Settlement application as a partner/long residence £1500.00
• Travel document £700.00
• Entry clearance for spouse or fiancée visa £1500.00 and £500 for each additional dependant
• Visitor visa £800.00
• Appeal to the first-tier tribunal £3500.00
• Appeal to the Upper tribunal £1500.00
• Administrative Review £1500.00
• Judicial Review £3500.00
• Asylum claim £3000.00

Please note that all fees are exclusive of VAT. However, in certain immigration matters VAT may not be applicable. We will inform you if VAT is applicable once you have instructed us.

What services are included?

The work will involve:

• discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you;
• giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria;
• if you do not fulfil certain criteria, whether this can be overcome and how;
• considering the supporting evidence you have provided;
• where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as medical records and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses;
• preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf;
• Attendance at a Home Office interview: if the Home Office ask you to attend an interview, we will give you clear advice (and discuss the possibility of us attending with you) at the appropriate time;
• giving you advice about the outcome of the application and any further steps you need to take;

Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visa fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.

• In circumstances where we need to instruct a barrister to represent you, we will notify you of your options and give you an estimate of the barrister’s fees.

• Interpreters fees at £50.00 per hour. This kind of application will normally require between 2 and 4 hours with an interpreter, depending on the complexity of your case.
• Independent expert reports e.g. medical experts. These are not required in many cases: we will let you know as soon as possible if we consider an expert report is necessary.
• If there is an interview and we do attend with you, there will be additional disbursements in respect of our mileage/travel expenses.

The costs quoted here do not include:

• Any Home Office fees for making the application. You will pay this to the Home Office directly as part of the application process.
• Any Immigration health surcharge.
• Where the Home Office refuse your application, advice and assistance in relation to any appeal

How long will my application take?

We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. 

We will normally be able to submit this type of application within 2 weeks of you instructing us, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.

Please note the fixed fees quoted assume the matter will proceed smoothly and there will be no unforeseen circumstances which significantly increase the time we will be required to spend on your matter. If your matter is particularly complex and the fixed fees listed above are not appropriate, we will inform you at the outset. If there are unforeseen circumstances that lead to the fixed fee not being applicable, we will advise you of the additional fees that will apply as soon as we become aware. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we can give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case.
